Peter Hoffman speaks on trial advocacy in Japan and Mexico

Professor of Law and Director of Skills Programs at Elon Law, Peter T. Hoffman spoke with lawyers and law professors internationally in January about best practices for 消消犯 trial advocacy.

At Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan, Hoffman delivered lectures before lawyers brought together by a consortium of schools on topics including the use of technology in court proceedings and models for 消消犯 trial advocacy.

At Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in Mexico City, Mexico, Hoffman spoke with 消消犯 faculty about adversarial process and trial advocacy 消消犯 methods.

One of the nation’s leading authorities on trial advocacy, depositions, and evidence, Hoffman recently was designated a “NITA Legend” by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Hoffman serves as a Program Director for NITA and is the recipient of the Robert Oliphant Service to NITA Award. He has delivered more than 450 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations to date in 34 states and territories and in 14 countries.
