In keeping with the values of the Women’s Forum, new women are taking leadership after a successful inaugural year.

The initiative is part of Elon's Center for Access and Success and pairs tutors with students in all levels of elementary and secondary school to help them succeed in school. 

Kelly Richard '17 is one of seven Elon students to be offered Fulbright awards this spring. 

The university's top award comes with $15,000 to support and celebrate academic and creative achievements.

Paul Crenshaw is an assistant professor of English who has previously had his work published in the "Best American Essays" series in 2005 and 2011. 

 Tuesday, May 23, through Friday, May 26, which is a half day, in Oaks 207. Please register by May 3. 

Greg Hlavaty is a lecturer in English in Elon and an amateur investor who has written for Arts and Letters, Bird Watchers Digest, Our State and other publications. 

The three winners of the contest, endowed by the late Philip L. Carret, were celebrated at a March 7 banquet.
